I am a Scottish musician based in and around the east coast. I started off playing guitar when i was 15 and have been playing guitar in bands since 1996. I currently play guitar in local band Last Orders.
My influences range anywhere from Toto, Jimmy Eat World, Alter Bridge, Glassjaw to M83, The Midnight, Olafur Arnalds, Jonsi, Bjork and many, many others.
Although I pretty much like most genres, the music I primarly create could be described as ambient and chilled, infused with guitars, synths and orchestral instruments.
I produce all the music myself in my home studio using a mixture of software, hardware, live guitars, samples and any other weird gear or software I can get my hands on.
I use a mixture of Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Bitwig and Maschine as my DAW's of choice. I also have access to a wealth of software synths and sample libraries from Spitfire Audio, Arturia, Omnisphere, Native Instruments and many more.
I am always looking to expand my knowledge and capabilities and would love to get involved in scoring for picture or videogames in the future.
