DRIFT
A Soundtrack for Astronauts
Drift isn’t just an album — it’s a companion for explorers.
An album built for those who traverse infinite horizons, mine the void, and chart the unknown, Drift is a sonic partner on your longest journeys. Whether you’re piloting through Elite Dangerous, coding late into the night, or lying beneath the stars, this album invites you to slow down and feel the vastness — with a touch of hope for the future.
About the Album
I created "Drift" because I wanted the perfect soundtrack for space exploration — something immersive, cinematic, and alive, a soundtrack for Astronauts.
Every track was designed to work as a backdrop for countless scenarios: long-haul flights, deep-space mining, hyperspace jumps, or simply moments of quiet reflection.
This isn’t just for astronauts or gamers. Drift is a long-form listening experience: perfect for relaxing, studying, reading, or getting lost in thought. These are sonic waves crafted for those who love to wander in space, or in their own imagination.
The Inspiration
Space and science fiction have always been one of my obsessions.
After performing live at PitCon 2025, I kept hearing the same feedback:
“Your music feels like it belongs in space — it’s the perfect soundtrack for games like Elite Dangerous.”
That’s when I knew what I had to do: create an album that flies with you.

Behind the Music
Drift focuses on long-form soundscapes, deep textures, evolving pads, subtle pulses, and atmospheric tones that invite you to lose track of time.
It was built from scratch as an exploration album - something I wanted for myself as much as for others who share the same love for vastness and solitude.
A Hidden Meaning
Drift reflects where I was after my second album Discoveries: unsure of my heading, floating without a real plan. But like in space, drifting gives you time to take stock, refocus, and plot a new course.
This album is that moment for me. It’s personal. It’s deliberate, and I feel it’s my best work yet.
A Personal Note
This album has been a long time coming. It’s been crafted with one clear goal: to create the ultimate space soundtrack. But really, this album exists because of you - the listeners who have supported me and inspired me with your feedback.
Put this on, start at track one, and let it take you somewhere new.
This is a journey worth taking.
Built for long-haul journeys and endless horizons.
Drift was created from a palette of machines and ideas that pushed texture and atmosphere above all else. The Arturia Minifreak became the backbone of the album - its versatility and granular capabilities shaped most of the tracks, often layered with ethereal tones from the Microfreak, Roland SH-4D, Korg MultiPoly, Jupiter XM and Wavestate
Rhythmic textures and subtle sequences were sculpted on Elektron’s Digitakt 2 and Digitone 2, while ambience came alive through chains of pedals like the Strymon Big Sky, Strymon NightSky, and the ever-inspiring Microcosm. Reverb wasn’t just an effect - it was an instrument, often stacked pedal into pedal, sampling the cascading tails to create playable pads.
This album even incorporates moments of granular synthesis, custom samples, and software like Abyss and Myth from Tracktion, alongside a touch of Omnisphere for added depth.
The result? A soundscape that drifts without boundaries - deliberate, immersive, and perfect for long-haul journeys through the void.
This album is for you...Astronaut
