SONY WALKMAN - VECTOR DESIGN
I love all things retro and I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could create nice clean vector recreations of objects in Adobe Illustrator. I wanted to start with something that was fairly easy to decipher in terms of shapes so I choose the classic Sony Walkman.
These are the design references I used to plan my design.
Next step was to break the project down into simple shapes then add some fill colour then some depth.
The Final Version
I love how this turned out and I cannot wait to try something else. I'm thinking something that is maybe a little bit more complex next time.
